General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed via the EVEN GmbH online store. By placing a binding order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering & Collection

• Contract Formation: The contract is legally binding upon confirmation of the online order.
• Collection: Goods must be collected at the agreed time and the selected location.
• Responsibility: The customer bears the risk for timely collection. In the event of non-collection, there is no entitlement to a refund or replacement, as the products are freshly prepared for the specific date.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered in the online store.

4. Cancellation & Changes

Due to the planning of perishable food items, strict deadlines apply:

• Up to 5 days before collection: Cancellations are free of charge. Any payments already made will be credited or refunded.
• Less than 5 days before collection: Cancellation is no longer possible. The full invoice amount (100%) remains due and will be retained.

5. Quality & Liability

• EVEN GmbH guarantees the quality and maintenance of the cold chain until the point of pickup.
• Upon handover of the goods, responsibility for professional storage and transport passes to the customer.
• Any defects must be reported immediately at the time of collection.

6. Data Protection

Customer data will be used exclusively for processing the order and will be handled confidentially in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP/DSG).

7. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Swiss law shall apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of EVEN GmbH.
